Verification of the processes at every stage of production ensures deliverance of a quality product conforming to customer specifications. To achieve this objective, NPPL has established, documented, implemented and maintains quality management system (QMS). A natural extension of this pursuit has resulted in certification of its QMS, as per ISO 9001:2000 standards, by International Certification Services.
Aluminium Roll-on Pilfer Proof Caps (ROPP Caps)
At NPPL, Gujarat, India, We offer a wide range of aluminium ropp caps that can be availed in plain and printed designs with different caps diameter. These durable aluminium Roll-on Pilfer Proof caps are widely used in various industries for sealing bottles. We hold expertise in manufacturing customised aluminium metal caps being a Bottle caps Manufacturer Gujarat, India that meet client’s varied requirements.
 Our wide range of pilfer proof caps comprises of plain, printed and embossed (ROPP) caps that can be availed in plain pattern as well. These pilfer proof caps are manufactured and supplied from superior grade aluminum sheets. The colour and text to be printed on the bottle can be customised as per client’s specification.
Aluminium sheets are coated and printed in-house and then cut into strips for further fabrication. The Caps are punched on automatic power presses and through various conveyors and hoppers sent to knurling machines and further to wadding machines. The whole process is with minimal human intervention and requirement. At the end of the wadding machines, the conveyor leads the finished goods to the packing area and the packing is done again with minimal human intervention.
Aluminium Vial Seals

Flip-off Vial Seals
At Narendra Packaging, Gujarat, India, We manufacture and supply a wide range of Flip-off Vial Seals, Aluminium Tear-off Vial Seals, and Aluminium Tear down vial seals that can be availed in plain and embossed aluminium seals. These durable aluminium seals are widely used in Pharmaceutical and other industry. We hold expertise in manufacturing customised Flip-off Vial Seals, Aluminium Tear-off Vial Seals, and Aluminium Tear down vial seals according to client’s specifications.
The Flip-off seals are made up of two components viz. Aluminium Seal and Plastic Cap. The Plastic caps are manufactured on an Injection Molding machine and sent to the assembly line. The Seals are punched on automatic power presses and through a conveyor lead to the assembly line were the Aluminium Seal and the Plastic Cap are fitted together by the assembling machine and then welded together and then further lead to the packing area.
